Cheerless

I'm feel cheerless today because of my pupils behavior, pupils nowadays lack of respect to their teacher's, why?. Truly, i don't want scold them while in teaching and learning session but, if them still doesn't respect, we should give them a real lesson.
Start now onward I need to change my teaching strategy, and I've try it in today lesson, it's seem working well. doesn't matter if it take more than before but the important thing is, pupil will get the knowledge that i give to them.
Various of teaching strategy should be apply in the classroom.
